Many of the passages in the Bible use terms which function as a code. If you don't know the code, you can't translate or interpret. The Parables in the N.T. are the finest example. It's called hidden teachings.

It is a term attached to a site function. If it is enabled, then the user account may make comments without having to be approved. There is pre-approval.
