@jtubelie I respectfully have to disagree with you on this one. I think Haley & Casey's rendition was remarkable. Remember they are from a different era, so of course they would base the emotions behind the lyrics on more current times. That in itself isn't what makes their interpretation better for me. Haley was able to add her vocal signature to the song without losing the basic fundamental story behind the song. To me it was a great rendition by a soon to be great artist.

Glad that Casey & Haley performed it on American Idol last Thursday, but nothing can compare to this.. The more jazz on Idol, the better.. no matter what.. But wish they'd acknowledge the masters like L, H & R...

@Zenj09 People have been aware of this "song" for years, though in its original form it was a piece of music without lyrics. Don't mistake lack of awareness of those born in the last two and a half decades for the world at large.
