For my 125th Beer review, I managed to get a beautiful and rare bottle of the Joint venture beer between Phillips Brewing of Victoria, BC and Garrison Brewing of Halifax, NS. This Mash-up Belgian IPA is a combonation of a Belgian Abbey Tripel and an American IPA.

This beer is dedicated to the memory of Colin Allin, former graphics designer for Garrison Brewing, who was shot and killed in a bar in Nicaragua in June 2011. Around 2200 bottles were made, with a dollar from each going to the Allin family to cover funeral expenses.

Rest in Peace, Colin.
