Location:
Set apart from Makena, the resort is located on a perfect beach at the foot of Haleakala. It is the only resort in Makena past Wailea on the south shore of Maui. The hotel fronts the King's Trail and is surrounded by the natural white sands of La Perouse Bay. Old Lahaina Town and the Tedeschi Vineyards are a 60- and a 70-minute drive from the hotel respectively.
Facilities:
This cosy and quiet resort is fully air-conditioned and comprises a total of 310 rooms. It offers simple elegance, is surrounded by lush landscaped gardens, and features world-class cuisine, nightly entertainment, and a friendly staff. The atrium has a waterfall with a koi-filled pond and Asian meditation gardens. Guests are welcomed into the hotel lobby which has a 24-hour reception and check-out service. Hotel facilities also include a hotel safe, lift access, currency exchange facilities, a café, bar, restaurant and a newspaper stand. Conference facilities are available for business guests and WLAN Internet access is available for a fee. Each guest room has a private bathroom with either a bath or shower and is decorated in a contemporary Hawaiian style.
