Theat "ould doll" was his sister. She came home from the US just to see the match and MGaillimh didn't even know she'd be there! Heard him talking bout it on the radio. He didn't see her for a few months after that. An absolute gentleman and a legend.

Another Irish player who embarassed the 1993 Lions...should never have gone in tour. Probably did go on tour becuase of this try

I was there with me Da that day, up in the old east stand. We were up 12 points to 3 at that stage and pop's says to me, "nahh we need a try" and sure enough on the very next play, Mick goes over the line. I can still see it to this day. Great memories, Thanks Cathail :D
