At Panera, freshness matters because it tastes better. So we choose to leave our fresh romaine lettuce in the ground longer so it builds more flavor and color. And once it's done, we cut the time it takes to get the lettuce from the field to your fork in half.

  • You have a grammatical error in the copy if this commercial. You say" We chose to do these things not because its easier, its actually tougher..." and never explain why you do it this way as implied by the "because"... so in essence the sentence is not complete. Who checked the copy on this script?
