Here is an episode of THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON titled "Nothing Ever Seems to Work Out For Me." These educational segments would air between commercial breaks (notably in Chicago on channel 32) during childrens programming in the 1970s and early 80s.

I've been looking for this! It's part of what warped me as a child!

If you have a computer with Windows, you most likely have a program called "Sound Recorder". You can use that program to copy the song to a wave file. Just press the "record" button when the Most Important Person video is about to start, then press the stop button when the song ends.

I loved watching these as a kid on WKBS. I agree, kids today missed out on great things we had as kids.

they don't teach kids these type of things anymore. and that's a shame.
