Jello wraps up the people's victories in protecting union rights (Ohio), contraception/fertilization/abortion rights (Mississippi), voting rights (Maine & San Francisco) in last week's US elections, and then covers how to keep the pressure on, from the Occupy movement to running for local office to a General Strike to moving your $ to street action!

  • keep up the good work

  • @econogate Eh. Those who endorse far-right economic viewpoints reference Rand like Christians reference Jesus so I just sort of assumed. Regardless of the origin of Rand Paul's name, his father's economic policies come almost directly from the Ayn Rand playbook.

  • @econogate That's funny because I can pull up a list of pretty racist things he's said with one Google. Not everybody who disagrees with Paul is brainwashed by the media. And not all of them can just be attributed to quote-mining either.

  • Inflation has nothing to do with the money supply and everything to do with demand. Does the demand outstrip the ability to supply? When production is far less than capacity? As for the supposed catastrophe of taxpayers bailing out unemployed people, what's the alternative? Should they kill themselves? No safety net and the bosses can more easily suppress wages and suppress demand in the economy and cause production to be far less than capacity, which is economically speaking a total failure.

  • When you overspend and inflate the supply of money you have no choice but to cut services to stay within the budget that means no more war, no more SS checks and other welfare programs until you are able to spend money in a responsible manner, through inflation it destroys the incentive for people to behave responsibly, they figure the tax payers will bail us out, if i lose my job the taxpayers will bail me out, when you both rich and poor doing the same you have economic disaster.

  • @xunderxdosedx He's not racist that's the banking wall st elite making sure you think he does through their media PR propaganda partners.

  • @ballpeenbaby Maybe because the left and the right both hate him and hate his straight talk about inflation and easy money, cause it points out the fraud of the corporations on the right and the socialists on the left, the basis for their power being violence and war, class war and economic war around the planet for resource scarcity PR campaign.

  • @xunderxdosedx Actually he named him Randall, not for Ayn Rand, lol!

  • @ballpeenbaby we need a hero!!!!!!!!!!!
