Le singe bleu (in camera effects for...)

Effects of this movie where shot using models that where manipulated live into aquariums, giant veins sculpted in latex molds, cells molded with plastic on plexiglass shels, blood cells flowing was lentils painted with Chevrolet red on one side so they would change from brown to red while falling down in liquid. All visuals where shot in super-35mm (Mitchel with Fries motor). Art was shot using 35 mm Oxberry rostrum and optical camera stands. Director Esther Valiquette won the first prize of the Montreal International Film Festival.
