It seems the only videos I find, the bread is baked in an gas oven. I use to have one and miss it dearly. Now I am stuck with this electric junk, which I am having trouble getting my bread to cook right. Any suggestions?

looks like you added to much yeast or that could be a dough conditioner. Do you use any dough conditioner or additives? They still look amazing! yummy great job! 5/5
