  • @TheImperialistStates 4) It was significant because Britain was still active in it's resistance(whilst the Yanks sat on the fence & got splinters in their collective ass). 5) It meant that Hitler was committing Germany to fighting on TWO fronts. 6) It allayed US fears about the possibility the Royal Navy passing into German hands, in the event of defeat/peace agreement. How VERY American of you to to be both ignorant & patronising concurrently.

  • @TheImperialistStates Evidently you have no concept as to the significance of the Battle Of Britain, either that, or you are making a feeble attempt at being obtuse. The BoB Britain was arguably THE most significant victory in the Western theatre. WHY? 1) It represented the Germans FIRST significant DEFEAT. 2) It shattered ANY hopes the Germans had of either launching an invasion of Britain, or bombing the civpop into submission. 3) It guaranteed a base for D-Day.

  • @TheImperialistStates You appear to struggle with the chronology of historical events. The evacuations from Greece & Crete occurred AFTER the Battle Of Britain victory. Your attempts to down play the scale of the Battle Of Britain is comical. It was, and is the largest aerial engagement in history. It involved the BULK of the Luftwaffe, the Germans did not begin to withdraw units in preparation for Barbarossa until AFTER the conclusion of the battle.

  • @LIVERPOOLSCOTTISH Did we not go over this a month ago lol.The Bulk of the German airforce was already massing for the Invasion of the Soviet Union. The Battle of Britain was fairly insignificant over all. seeing as Hitler had already lost interest in Britain, and was more concerned with taking Russian Land. The only role the Battle of Britain played was a moral booster for England, seeing as they suffered from multiple;e evacuations at Dunkirk, Greece, and the Island crete.

  • @TheImperialistStates Any more innane remarks to make, or have your exhausted your tiny mind? Even a simian brained buffoon such as yourself, should appreciate that the Battle Of Britain effectively shattered ANY hope the Germans had of invading Britain. Even your amoeba like intellect should appreciate that without air supremacy over the channel & SE England, the Germans stood ZERO chance of carrying out a successful invasion. So re your comment the US is pure nonsense.

  • @LIVERPOOLSCOTTISH As for your so call international acclaimed cock suckers, read all you want into every book ever made to suck Britain's balls, it still wont help you convince anyone that Britain's feeble efforts in the bulge some how make them deserving of all the credit. With out the U.S, Hitler would have his German sausage Up your ass. You being an arrogant Limey cunt can't admit it, even when proven. Now then, SIT THE FUCK DOWN, 51st State, AHHAAAHAA XD! U.S >U.K

  • @SergeantTitus Ah! the old 'Reds under the bed,' US paranoia! It didn't take long for that 1950's McCarthyism BS to raise it's head did it? lol Modern day China is hardly modelled on Stallinist Russia is it? The Chinese economy has far more in common with the capitalism than it does Communism. IE It is rather effective. The only 'war' the Chinese will engage in will be economic and in the long term, it is obvious at this rate who will be the dominant power in the 21st Century.

  • @SergeantTitus EpicFail hey? Sounds a bit like Vietnam, the Delta SF mission to Iran in 1980, Somalia- Black Hawk Down, Iraq & Afganistan. All examples of the epic foreign policy failures of the US. Aside from the US led UN intervention in Korea 1950-3, just about every US foreign venture has ended in debacle and humiliation. Evidently, you have an odd concept of success. You question the quality of the British education system? Bush being elected TWICE speaks volumes for the US!

  • @SergeantTitus What NASA did 40 years ago is exactly that- HISTORY. Man on the moon- thanks to German Werna Von Braun. Let's face a few facts- the Shuttle has been withdrawn from service. It proved ridiculously expensive and unreliable with two crews killed in accidents. NASA has no replacement planned. The mission to Mars is stillborn. The NASA budget has been slashed by Obama. China is looking to put a man on the moon within a decade. They are also examining a mission to Mars.

  • @LIVERPOOLSCOTTISH China's space program has eclipsed NASA?! We put a fucking man on the moon 40 YEARS AGO. They haven't put a man in space yet!? What the fuck are you even saying?? You're extremely uneducated and that's to be expected with your 8th ranked education system over there ( The CIA's website ). Im putting your previous statement on EPICFAIL.COM so be expecting up on there. You're stating facts about china because you have nothing good about your dead country.
