I had the very fortunate pleasure of booking this extrodinary woman for an AIDS benefit. Fortunate in that she was a truly down to earth human being. She graciously came after 2 other artists backed out at the last minute, on spite of the fact that her good friend Michael Diebold was in the process of dying, at his insistance she came to do the show. On the flight over he passed away. It is her singing lead BTW regardless of what the record might say...miss you Ms. Jo Carol

I got to meet Jo and Lauren. They came and performed in my (small) town. There wasnt much of a crowd but they sang their hearts out, at one time they were face to face screaming two entirely different songs and it was amazing, Ive never seen anything else like it. Afterward my friend said something like "Whats it feel like to be here in a hick town" Jo was completely gracious and said she loved the town and we shouldnt take its assets for granted. Truly a class act.
