Feel Good Inc is the place where they've trapped themselves with hedonism, excess, and debauchery and they're just waking up. The floating island with the windmill represents purity and simple happiness... Like something out of a child's mind. The seemingly omnipotent rappers are like corporations and media, taunting them. 2D is screaming into the megaphone to try to wake everyone up. The helicopters are chasing and monitoring Noodle on the island and making sure no one escapes Feel Good Inc...

I only just realized(possibly because I've never seen a video that's in sync or an accurate Lyrics video that got it right) that he's saying, "Feel Good" in that really high note.
