That's Josh Scott's (owner of JHS) board. I know because I played on that same board in his store. The fuzz he uses is the mini foot. The pedal off the board is their sweet tea. On the bottom row (from right to left) it's a EH freeze, JHS Klon Klone, Morning glory, All American, then Eventide delay. Top row is the mini foot fuzz, Pulp n Peel, tuner, POG 2, Univibe clone, Mr Magic, then Banana Boost. I think it's the Univibe that's making that big swell towards the end.
