It's truly irrelevant who's fault it is, the point is an amazing talent was lost and more importantly a son, brother, friend, and boyfriend was lost. Ritz Rowdy was an inspiration to many including myself. I can only imagine what you're going through but continue to be the strong, courageous beautiful girl that you are. God will guide you through this difficult time. Happy belated bday, happy valentines and just know rowdys family and yourself are in peoples prayers, including my own, everyday.
