Bodyweight animal exercise or quadrupedal movement (QM) as some call them are excellent for sports conditioning and MMA functionality.

That will give you a feel for what we are doing at http://www.fitterfast.com


For those that simply like to work out in any location, these bodyweight exercises that mimic natural animal movements are great for fat loss also and have been used for years by martial arts instructors to get their students in shape and encourage fat loss.

The bodyweight animal movement shown in this video is called "The Gorilla" by Derek Tisdale (our MMA coach for http://www.fitterfast.com ). Because these movements have been around for years, everyone calls them something different. Just take the movement for what it is, call it what you want and use it for a great conditioning workout.
