New York Peace Action interviews Abbacca Anjain Madison, former senator of the Marshall Islands, following the workshop "Global Hibakusha," held during the International Conference for a Nuclear Free, Peaceful, Just and Sustainable World (New York City, Riverside Church, May 1). Ms. Madison tells of the devastation brought to her country by the hundreds of nuclear weapon tests conducted by the United States in the area.
