hy how do you activate those bars that limit the spacing at the top/bottom and right/left side of the page?

on the top ribbon in the home there are some boxes with the alphabet displayed in them if you click on the second one along it goes to the next line when you press enter but you cant set it as default you need to do it every time you open a new document email back if this didnt help and ill explain in more detail. hope this did help

hey, dumb question time: for some reason each time i press enter on my microsoft office 2003 it skips a line - how can i stop that?! D:<
