LOL, so adorable!
As other may have said, try putting something on the walls of the tank - Scenery would make him/her happier I think but it's up to you.
I got a blue tongue too, they are the most amazingest lizard ever :O (I haven't had any others so that's my opinion AT THE MOMENT). But still, I love my bluey :D
How old is yours by the way? I love it's colour.

Skinks do tht when they see through their tank and think they can get out. try putting blanck paper on the outside of the cage on all sides=)

LOL cool video...wow no comment since 1 year ago lol, My Blue Tongue Lizard does something like that...it rub its nose on the glass, which I think means it wants to get out and explore but its kinda funny seeing it...but i'm not slack i do let it out after like 5 seconds :D
