VERs: Dmaj7 > Amin9 > G > C9 standard chords; some variations thrown in but that will get you through.
On "I don't wanna be the one" it's Fmaj7 > C11 > Fmaj7 > G11 > Dmaj7
"Come on darling": A 11 > F# > Bm7
that won't do G > A x2 I can't see or hear the fingers well but I think this is close. The 11th chords are just like a Major bar w/ the root on the 6th string but take ring finger and go 2 frets up.
