Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is asked about the State Department granting immunity to the Blackwater guards who slaughtered Iraqi civilians in September. Even though the State Department has no such authority.

First Bremer gives blanket immunity to contractors in Iraq by fiat when he controls that country on behalf of the US.

Then the Shrub admin opposes the international court.

And now the US gives contractors with strong ties to the Shrub admin immunity.

Which means that if you have the right connections, you can commit war crimes and never be held accountable.

And they call Shrub dumb.
