Pretty sure your shutterspeed is too slow here hence why you are getting so much blur and poor slow mo. Try again with a higher shutterspeed

@stoppinonadime there is twixtor for after effects, final cut 7 and premiere pro, when you have after effects you can render your sequence an import it in iMovie and cut your movie ;)
