Yeah nice. Way to undervalue their efforts. Even the smaller countries stood up for justice even when bigger countries just turned away. We owe thanks to every one of those countries.

It is indeed imperialism if you look at the actions of the oil companies and how corporate elements are conducting this endeavor. Semi-democratic? Wrong, they want to set up a pro-western puppet regime just like they did with Saddam, or the Shah in Iran, with Chile, Guatamala etc. If you think the Bush admin cares about democracy, you are fooling yourself. Colonization would be the difference, but these days one does not need to colonize to take the resources.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there are no French, Italian, German, or Spanish troops fighting in Iraq. Afghanistan yes, but not Iraq.

You should know that the occupation of Iraq is very much like the occupation of Northern Ireland. Why would you support something like that?

There is a major difference here.
This is not Imperialism, despite what some people want to beleive. The Coalition wants nothing more than to set up a semi-democratic govt and get the hell out. Britain has been in Northern Ireland for a few hundred years. That is not an occupation, that's colonization.
