Hey youtube i just nite shaded my tail lights and put 3 coats of clear coat on it but i ran into a problem when i put the clear coat on it became all foggy and white spots in some places. I wetsanded with 2000 grit sand paper and repolished it several times it got a little better but not the clear polish i want. If any one knows how to fix this please tell me. Thanks in advance

  • Hey bro you didnt wait long enough in between clear coats, so they didnt have enough time to flash inbetween each coat, thats why you have white spots, and fog. its an easy fix, just sand down the clear coat with 1000 grit until there is no shine left and spray clear coat wait ten min and use heat gun/blow dryer, then one one coat. Then color sand and buff with 2000 grit.

  • Did you sanded the clear coat between coats?
