FILMMAKERS WORK SAMPLE --- This is PART 4 of a little documentary I did with partner Terry Schwartz and Producer Rich Chirstensen, now famous from the Speed Channel's "PINKS" show. ESPN asked us to go in and follow four drivers over the course of 4 days for the first race at the California 500 Speedway.Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt, Kenny Wallacel and Jeff Green are the drivers we followed.

Man, I sure miss the old days of NASCAR stock car racing! Winston Cup was definitely better. Nowadays, unfortunately, it seems to be more of a money making business than a sport, and I think things started going downhill soon after the tragic death of Dale Earnhardt Sr. I cried when he died because it was such a shock and so totally unexpected. NASCAR is losing its heart. Today's races aren't as exciting as they used to be.
