Charat is a dedicated instructor of yoga. His specialty is in the use of breathing exercises (pranayama), yogic locks (bandas) and concentration techniques (mudras) to cleanse your body and enhance your powers of concentration.
Having studied yoga since the age of nine, Charat is deeply rooted in the yogic tradition. He holds a Degree in Physiotherapy and a Post-graduate Diploma in Yoga Education. Charat has since travelled beyond India to hold classes in China in cities such as Shanghai, and is now holding classes in Singapore. His instruction is based on the work of his grandmaster Shri Yogeshwaranand Parmahans, author of Science of Soul.

Noooo, yoga is for any AGE. it doesnt matter if you are 18 or 80. Yoga is posing and aligning your body in different poses, Yoga is Flowing wisdom, no matter who you are where you are if you do it you will feeel better n better everytime.

Ys, this is video from SIngapore Pure-Yoga, however, Charat is a yogi from India, he is currently teaching at Pure-Yoga.
