This fuckwit is trying to make a big deal out of variations in the pole position of a few hundred milli-arcseconds. I bet this clown doesn't know what a milli-arcsecond represents. One arcsecond is 1/3600th of 1 degree - a milli-arcsecond is 1/1000th of that. In case he is reading this, he probably also needs to know that the circumference of a circle is 360 degrees or 1,296,000,000 milli-arcseconds.
As a commenter below noted, the scientific illiteracy in this country is a disgrace.

The reason the pole shifted was because of the HAARP induced earthquake in Japan early last year that caused the pole to shift 10 degrees!!
