It sounds like a remix to the orginal demo. So yes, it is her vocals but just not the orginial.

@MrBurritoSupreme: The demo version you link to is interesting - somewhat similar in fact to the version on the US CD single subtitled Sleaze Me Slow (or Smooth as Silk Mix), which I suspect might to some extent be the source of it given that the Sleaze Me Slow version has more singing (though most of the extra singing is not by Madonna or a Madonna soundalike but by some guy who can be heard once faintly in the demo version too saying "is our game" around the 0.19 mark).

@FadinhoSerrano: I read somewhere that the band that originally sung Fantasy in the 90s (or possibly late 80s) was called Race. Would love to hear this original version (assuming it exists); for although at least three CD singles (one American, one French and one German) that were credited as "Race featuring Who's Dat Girl?" came out in the late 1990s, all of the tracks on these CDs are remixed versions of the song.

Not the Queen's voice, not her unique way of talking on songs, not her kind of music and I remember it sung by a 90's Dance band - not by Madonna at all. Though, I could not find back who performed this some 20 years ago.

@ronsonstrumpet Yup, but it seems that everyone thinks it Madonna when it really is not. This was released on Warlock Records/Hot Productions back in 1995. Trust me, I was there and in the VIDEO...which I have and will post for everyone to see soon....so we can once and for all end the controversy! :-)
