this is like all a lie i have tried the premade ones (these were great!!!!!!!!) then i got the powder and it blew tastes like horse shit and it very thick when mixed with water ..... this is from personal experience i cant really find any bad reviews so maybe im doing something wrong but seriously ...... i will never buy again i bought two thinking mayube the apple just tasted bad ,,,,but i got vanilla which was good with milk . dont wana waste money for more of this to try reviews are lies.,...

@cristtonny1 Oh yeah I get plenty of protein in my everyday diet but I am talking about post-workout supplements here...in which case it is good to use some source of whey because it digests faster than other types of protein.
