  • This was a cute video. I've been watching video on how to make lacto-fermented pickles and I this this is awesome. You two are very cute and seem very sweet....and the pickles look yummy!

  • What about the mold? It wasn't clear to me if you made yours air-tight or left it open to the air... I'm making mine in a big glass jar to separate into smaller jars later- but am looking for pics/videos about how they are supposed to look (first time, sort of a worry-wort.) Great video though, it was a lot of fun to watch!

  • I just finished my video and added it as a response, I would like it very much if you added yours to mine as a response.

  • Thanks Chris and Zack great video, I started my first batch of Lacto dill pickles yeaterday in a gallon crock. Wish I'd seen your video first I could have save $80 on the crock. I've got beans growing in the garden so I will try your method for some dillie beans.

  • Your video is both very informative and hilarious. I've been looking all over for a video on pickling without vinegar, so thank you very much for providing just what I wanted! You should definitely make more cooking vids. :-)

    Thanks again you adorable guys!

  • Thanks Guys, that's a very informative video and the recipe looks fantastic!

  • Man this is the only way I make pickles, great job guys! Everyone thinks you need to use vinegar to make pickles and you don't. Lacto fermented pickles taste soooo much better than vinegar pickles! I think the grape leaves have tannic acid in them which helps keep cucumbers crisp.

  • Thanks for the recipe!

Love pickles, but the vinegar doesn't agree with me. This looks like a great option. Good video and looks like you guys have fun. I'd like to see more of your work.
