Second group of nfinished / unreleased or abandoned Game Maker Projects. This time they're all shmups.
Games are:
Astro Blade Vertical: 1st shmup and while there were a few decent ideas, as a whole it didn't work
Astro Blade v2: Horizontal version of Astro Blade, remake of a game I had made on another game maker programme I had stumbled upon befoe GM. Just wasn't that satisfying to play though.
Untitled Hori shmup / Thunderforce X: These clips are transposed because I started adding ripped graphics to the projects and added some Thunderforce style weapons.
Boss Rush: Available on yoyogames, this is the engine and assets from Astro Blade v2 turned into a boss gauntlet game. Features a lot of bosses from the above projects. Bosses were a bit random so project stopped.
X Wing Game: Messed around with making a star wars themed shmup. May pick this project up again at some point.
C64 Style Shmup: I've never finished a side scroller to date and this one actually work on some levels, even if there isn't much to it right now. Again I may continue with this one at some point in the future.
