Subscribe if you want, I may have more informational videos coming. Plus alot of Rock Band videos.
I suggest you watch this video in full screen. Also, adjust the settings according to your game and file paths. Rather than cd /d "Path to Folder" or "\Crysis\Bin32" enter your path i.e. cd /d "C:\Program Files\EA\Crysis\Bin32" or wherever the .exe file is located (also replace "Crysis.exe" with the corresponding name).

Okay, First: The thing you enter is this:
@echo off
cd /d "\Crysis\Bin32"
start /high Crysis.exe

Make sure that they are arranged like this in 3 lines, as shown above. Also, the /high is where you can enter the priority. For example, I could also put /realtime if I wanted even more performance, with more system instability. All options are /normal, /abovenormal, /belownormal, /low, /high, or /realtime.

Note: Doing this method increases performance from the game. I use it on all my games for a about a 5-15 FPS increase. Also know that with a low perfoming system, this can cause system instability. Use with caution.
ALSO NOTE: THIS IS NOT A MIRACLE CURE FOR ALL GAMES RUNNING POORLY ON YOUR COMPUTER. THIS MAY NOT DO ANYTHING AT ALL. DO NOT COMPLAIN THAT THIS DIDN'T FIX YOUR GAME FROM GETTING 10 FPS AND EXPECTING 60 FPS. IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY.

EDIT**** MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ASKING ME THIS: "When I click 'game.bat' it opens notepad. WTF?"
Here's what to do: Open My Computer, then click Tools, Folder Options, and in the "View" tab, find "Hide File Extensions for Known File-types" and uncheck it. Then go to your .bat file, then rename it from "Gamename.txt.bat" to "gamename.bat".

ONE MORE THING:
If you are too dumb to know what the "File Path" is, then read about it here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File_path#MS-DOS.2FMicrosoft_Windows_style

ONE MORE THING: If you do not know anything about computers and have no idea what you're doing, DO NOT do this and especially DO NOT send me a message asking me how. It is likely that I will just make fun of you. If you do have a legitimate question, then ask, but don't ask me where "Crysis.exe" is while trying to do this to "Sony Vegas 8" (someone actually asked this).
