How did you put yourself on screen three different people at same time?

I filmed myself three different times in front of a green screen, then used After Effects to composite them all together into one scene, and added the background. The hardest part was the lightsaber fight at the end-since I played both parts, I had to make sure everything was lined up right so the saber blades would appear to hit each other.
