I agree.. there seem to be a focus on strange keyboard sounds and there's a lot of tremelo. His vocals are more liquified, less sharp and rythmic. I like how they've subtley changed though. More Favourite Worst Nightmare would have been good but I welcome the change :)

To me they are still Arctic Monkeys. I don't get it, it's not like they have majorly changed from what they were suddenly to more aggressive, or more pussy sounding. They have the same indie sound which most of their fans really love. Their lyrics and musical abilities have improved. First and second album I'm sure most people will agree were absolutely brilliant, this is different but not like they've completely changed. Just more lyrically clever and developed...
