would have been interesting to see how well rafa would have done at roland garros in 2004, being that he was injured and could not compete at the french open that year..

Man Nadal's forehand then looked like Federers. What makes a player change their style? as in forehand stroke styles, is their any difference?

@mousavsm yh i think del potro just got another injury so he won't be that much of a tough opponent for rafa..btw federer will face djokovic in the semis so one of those guys is gonna play rafa in the final unless he doesn't get there which I do not expect

@jayze494 Yea, it should be interesting for sure. I think Rafa will win it for his 10th slam but I'm a big fan so......Djokovic will be a formidable foe. Del Potro is pretty good but I don't think he will put up much resistance on clay vs Rafa....At the moment, i only see Djokovic and possibly Federer (in the semi's) as hurdles for Rafa. It should be interesting but I'd like to see Djokovic not make the finals and Rafa win (so he retains the number 1 rankings.....Should be fun!

@timafi True, but 3 masters series 1000 events are also in that time frame. In those 3, he has little to defend and he also missed one so yea, compared to the beginning of the year, he has less to defend....

This match was an awesome performance from young Rafa. This was the first time I saw him play and I was impressed. I hope Rafa gets his mojo back. Love you Rafa.
