I've been experimenting with this mix and it's giving me great results. The Aloe Vera extract is great to add hold to the hair and mix. I always prepare just enough for one use so I can keep it as natural as i can. Every time i use this mix my style last for about a week. This is greatly helping me to improve not only the look of my hair but also the texture. This because of the added leave in conditioner.
Recipe:
1/2 cup of Shea butter.
1/4 cup of Leave in conditioner.
1/2 cup of 100% organic Aloe Vera juice.
1/4 cup of 100% jojoba oil.
1/4 cup of Aloe Vera extract(straight from the plant).

You can switch out oils and butters as you wish. Experiment and see what works for you...

  • @truth448 you don't have to i only use Aloe Vera extract to add hold to the hair.

  • @CreativeThinking5000 Thanks...:)

  • @kellyz2908 plain 100% whole lead Aloe Vera juice is a great detangler for transitioners. I am a long term transitioner and love using it. I have a couple videos on it as well. Hope this helps.

  • @serenedevine The reason that i don't use preservative is because I always prepare just enough for one use so I can keep the nutrients Fresh .This mix can last for about 1 month in the refrigerator. There are no rules. You can switch out oils and butters as you wish. Experiment and see what works for you...Thanks..:)

  • Thanks for sharing...few questions... how long does this mixture last? I see you don't put a preservative in it like I've seen on some other channels, is there no need? and Do you refrigerate it after each use?

  • @mylaylay18 Thanks!...:)
