sounds good, what kind of amps are you running? or would you reccomend for those size of speakers?

Yeah, they all make some serious subs. DC doesn't list it on their site but they also have a Level 6 sub that is closer to 100 pounds!

the only sites i see on the stm is for the dc audio, i went straight to the other websites and found one sub that weighed like 73 lbs? holy crap...im really interested in the dcs and i think its the ascendan or audioque...

There are no DC dealers here either. I buy right from the factory.

I'm thinkin about doing this because all i can fit in my silverado without taking up any space is 2 10's. and thats just not enough. so i was wondering, if i did a blow-through, is it loud in the cab?

In this video I'm running a Soundstream 1500 watt amp to each sub.
My door speakers are in the factory holes behind the door panels and I have another set in some Q-Logic kick panels.

holy crap 100lbs, the one i was lookin at is the ascendant, i think the one w/steve meades signature on it. between those two which do you like best for serious bass power? the dc or ascendant?

Personally I am a DC fan but I wouldn't hesitate to buy Ascendant either. I'd say figure out which model you are interested in and call both of them for a quote and just see how you feel about them. You really can't go wrong with either one of them.
