  • Even in Oct. those plants look good. How about some tips on your soil and fertilizer and anything else that would help newbie pepper growers.

  • Use a soil that provides for good drainage...I use Pro-Mix Bx by Premier but there are others out there. Fertilize with high quality fertilizers...Miracle grow does not count. I also mix in a healthy portion of Earthworm castings when I initally plant then add top dressings of the castings every few weeks or so. Don't overwater...the plant will let you know when thirsty. Those are some of my tips for ya. Have fun growing!

  • Hey, phillymanpete. Those plants look really great! Do you srout all your plants from seeds, or do you buy the plant somewhere? I get mine from a garden center but I can't seem to grow them that big. Any tips? Thanks!

  • ok look i had 25 seedling ghost peppers ready for the garden and everything was perfect the peppers where just the right hight like 7 in then i put them on my top deck and turned my head and they were gone ): they feell 36 feet to the ground and none of them survived ); thumbs up so other peple wont forget to not turn there backs on there peppers

  • Did you grow the naga plant from seed or buy it as a bush?

  • How do you make pepper powder? I would like to try but I don't know if they will rot in the sun.
