@tbwj21 wow that's is just so incredibly inaccurate. Dats is not as natural a goal scorer as crosby, ovie or malkin which is why he's not a hart finalist, tho he is a point per game player. But he is by FAR the best puckhandler in the nhl. He's also one of the best defensive forwards and the best at takeaways. Dats stickhandling is the absolute best in the league, if only there were more clips of all his stickhandling that didnt lead to goals (best ever? puckhandler not saying player).

i can't deny that crosby is a great player however i can say he is shit compared to pavel on defense , Datsyuk is a great two way player and thats why he doesn't score as much but no accuses. Not saying crosby is a cherry picker however 0:50 - 0:52 illistrates a crosby like player not even skating to help his team on defense ...

@tbwj21 Crosby is better than Datsyuk on offense, though not by much, however on the Defensive end of the ice, Datsyuk is miles ahead of Crosby, making Datsyuk the most well rounded player in the league. Datsyuk has been in the running for the Hart Trophy, Crosby has won it. Datsyuk has won the Selke Trophy, Crosby hasnt even been in the running.

@tbwj21 if you seriously think that any of those 3 have the same puck protection skills as Datsyuk your sadly delusional. and the reason Datsyuk does not put up the points those guys do is because the Red Wings play a team first enviroment, they had at least 10 players with 10 or more goals last season, not many teams can say that. Datsyuk is the embodyment of "Team First" look at all the times hes passed an otherwise solid shot to someone else.

@maymunaxxx the east is no worse than the west. an eastern team wins the cup just as much as a west team. and your right datsuk does get a lot of turnovers, but he turns them over to zetterberg! crosby plays with kunitz, who is nothing compared to zetterberg. and ya he gets tons of points on the powerplay. its CUASE HE'S FUCKING GOOD!. and he can draw penelties also because good players know how to do that
