  • where the hell are they playing at?

  • Amoeba Records in San Francisco. It's an independent record store with locations in SF, LA, and Berkeley. They host free shows every so often, usually for bands who are performing later that day at a nearby venue.

  • ,;, I really dig these guys... I like the percussion and the chewing up of timing, the originality. Definitely a must-hear for all who are TomCat Waits, Beefheart, and Zappa heads... I wish I could get a better feel for this stuff by hearing it live, being an audiophile, I can only imagine how much magic there must be in the live experience. I truly appreciate this quality on the recording, visually, a notably good one, thanks to whoever. Long live Man Man, Submaxamus!

  • i've seen 5 times live, and it just gets better and better.

  • That was siiick.. My friend was fortunate enough to be able to go..this month I believe? I missed out. Such energy! Love it.

  • holy moley, if i wasn't on drugs and immobile the entire 2008 year, i would've gone to this event. I live a block away.

  • every one who checks this video should check out my video for ENGRISH BWUDD. These guys are my favorite band for a reason and I'm going to see them for a third time this next week.

  • Chang Chang is the man.

  • Wholly F*ck just tripped over this group on the radio.... brilliant.

  • I was going to see them, here, but I figured I'd go to the show the next day... and then it sold out. One of the saddest things to ever happen to me.

  • I have only seen them once but it was honestly the best live show I have ever been to.

If you get the chance DO NOT miss it.
