I've been a Rourke fan since the 80's but it's easy to forget his past for us. He did lead a volatile life although I def understand his frustration with hollywood and it's politics.His marital life was quite explosive & I'm not saying it was his fault alone no way. I do admire the effort he's put in therapy & how appreciative he's become of life now. I just can't figure out y he had so many surgeries. I understand his nose coz of the boxing but y the rest of em? The guy looked like a prince.

MAan what i would give to talk like that.....a mean i love such charachters.....when they talk people listen....and they dont necesarily talk about the most sofisticated shit out thr, but what ever they talk about, they make it intresting.....with a pinch of humour to it... some people have it....naturally

Hugh looks a little uncomfortable, because he's in the presence of the Rourke. Brolin is trying to play it down, but he's just as nervous. Benicio looks like a kid at a candy store whilst Rourke is talking. It's good to see someone admire the man.

I doubt it's Depp because he says when he was starting in the movies, this is the late 70's early 80's... This always reminds me of Polanski throwing Nicholson's TV out during Chinatown, other than that I have no clue what or who he is in specific talking about.

Rourke has got charisma - it doesn't matter if you think he's a scumbag or not - you can't take your eyes off of him. If you notice, the other actors hang on his every word - its not like that when someone else talks. He's a great actor and he finally got a great part to show it.
