@MrJamesStewy Your on an intel machine. Go into your "bios/settings" and go into advanced chipset features and turm off: " Intel Virtualization technology" reboot and try again. Hope this helps,

Ok if you want to fix the Gray Screen, the follow these instructions:
1.Download darwin snow iso
2. Burn it to a dvd ( i used ImgBurn)
3. Insert the dvd and Then power on your virtual machine
