Not really, considering HIV directly attacks a certain type of white blood cells. As for a photo of HIV on the Internet, just google HIV micrograph, you should find photos of a cell covered in dots. the cell is a white blood cell and the dots are HIV. It is worth noting though that electron micrographs kill the cell they are observing, so just be aware that all the photos you find like that are of already dead cells

you can observe HIV through an electron microscope. If you are looking to snap a photo of HIV with a camera, you're out of luck. As for electrons, we can't really see an electron, we can only know either where they are, or where they're going, but not both. So that's we settle for finding regions around the nucleus where one is most likely to find an electron
