I'v tried this recipes but it tasted lke sweet bun lol..my filling was great but the dough was so disgusting..my husband and my kids were so happy that I was making kekepuaa..they cant waitd to taste the kekepuaa..but when they tasted it,,my kid wer like ewwwwwwwwww this is not  a kekepuaa,,it tasted like sweet bun or something lmao...the dough was so sweet,,coz the sugar is too much as you mention on your recipes...i need a real kekepuaa recipes pls..honestly I throw evrithing in da rubbish

@matenaiauvaa Hi, this recipe has been up for a while now and far too many people have made this successfully for me to now believe that there is something wrong with the proportions...So I stand by my recipe...Perhaps you should check if you read the recipe correctly, and how much sugar you put in, because you may have overdone it....All the best!

hey ! i love the video and am totally looking forward to making these but my only question now is how to i make the filling please ? your methods are awesome and simple .. i just need to know how to make the filling please . Oh Im tongan but the moment I tried kekepua'a for the first time, I automatically converted to being a samoan lol

Really good vid, well made. I've tried to make steam pork bun many times but always big fail when it goes to steamer, my dough triples in size & makes a big mess. I will try again, though using this simple, easy 2 follow recipe.....wish me luck!!
