Leg Cradle and Push-ups Wrestling Match

I learned how to do the Leg Craddle my sophomore year. I took it a step further my jr year and it was kind of a bet to see who could get a leg craddle in and then do some push-ups. Needless to say, I won the bet and this is part of the match. Oh, and the whole team knew what I was trying to do the whole season, so when I did it, they all went nuts!
I went on to win by Tech Fall 16-1.
I should also say that I did the push-ups slow so the ref and other team wouldn't get what I was doing. I didn't want to get an unsportsmenlike call or something. I don't think anyone but my team, my coaches, and my parents knew what was going on. Haha, it was great!

Yeah, that's the best way to do it. Digging out an arm and putting it on his back prevents him from blocking you. Then you can hook a leg, scoop the head, step over, and lock it up. lol, have fun w/ it!
