Jesus christ...we're being evicted and I don't feel the need to trash the place. Yeah, I'm pissed that this was my home for years and now I'm being treated like a criminal for "trespassing", but in the end, it's only the tenants fault for failing to pay.

Not as much as you think. 2 days, about 2 grand. Depending on if the AC is actually damaged, or if its just the covers. If its damaged, yeah, 3-4 grand easy. A lot of that is cleanable or repairable. Rugs have to go though. And landlord always use the cheapest materials they can.
