@HolinessWarrior i think the dresses gave them an angel-esque look. granted they showed quite a bit of leg at the one place you mentioned, but it was to use the dresses as a visual effect. as a guard member, i greatly appreciate that because they're using everything at their disposal to leave the best over all impact. i don't think god would be as shallow to judge them simply on what they are wearing.

This was sooooo amazing! These young women were truly blessed to dance and God smiles down on them! They look like angels! Congrats to the girls and the director!!!!

Dear EVERYONE,
This was a winterguard show, not a religious performance. The song was chosen because of music and the feeling, not from the lyrics. While we as a colorguard respect everyone's religious views (we had Jewish girls in this show too) it's annoying as a member of this guard to see people fighting on here about what we were doing being 'un-god-like'. I'm sorry, but I respectfully say: 'whatever'. We dressed appropriately for a winterguard and that's what we intended to be. THANKS

Loved the performance. The gowns were lovely, really imitated the movement of the flags. Bit of a giggle at the juxtaposition of ball gowns and flipping rifles. Today's modern lady, I guess. haha

Some poeple don't think you are dressed modestly unless you are wearing a potato sack. These girls are honoring God. There is nothing immodest in their dresses. Clothing needn't be ugly to be modest. It is also possible to be immodest while covered from head to toe in a burkah.
