All of them are doing a dance known as Caramelldansen. It was made by Sweden, not Japan. BUT, though the dance is Swedish, Japan was the one who popularized it.
Since it was popularized in Japan, they technically got it right.

Isabella is doing what is known as Leekspin. It first was done on Bleach, when one of the characters took a leek and spun it around.
Later on, a Vocaloid, a computer singing program, named Hatsune Miku took a leek, put her arm out, and moved it up and down. The creators made her own version of a song called Ievan Pollka just for her version of Leekspin.
