The reason we can do that is because we are not wasting money on other things such as the US in an Iraq war which costed $3.4 trillion (US Dept Commerce est) and $3.2 trillion in Afghanistan. Nor do we need to increase holdings of falling economies like what the Eu is doing for Greece currently, Ireland through 2012, Italy an possibility 2012, and Spain by 2013. There is no need to hate the Chinese as we are in this global shit together.

OMG, this video is so old. I can't believe I lost track and came here. For what it is worth, here is the sccop. Due to the GLOBAL recession which did hit hard in 2008 starting with the US markets, demand for labor to make items fell globally. Since then, China due to its massive $256B yearly surplus, has pumped by Oxford estimates close to $856B into internal infrastructure projects aimed at creating jobs and modernizing more cities in China aside from kep port cities of the Yangtze and Yellow.

@souro19 Well, thank you. You just admitted that India doesn't have heavy industry. U.S. fare badly in economy because of their dismal heavy industry sector, which they chose finance over commodity and paid dearly for not having a real, solid commodity. Sorry to disappoint your assumption, China got her commodity of heavy industry to export.
