Do you know he is having a concert on Oct 28th in Quebec City and Montreal on the 29th? Thought I would let you know....He will also be at the Seneca Casino in Niagara Falls, NY on Oct 8th & 9th......

I can't figure that out either..He did have a great turnout at his Canadian concerts last year and is toring Canada again in March....
